Benson Howard has over 20 years of physical therapy experience under his belt in the Amelia area. In 2001 he decided to open his own practice, initially in the Food Lion shopping center. He moved to the current location in 2003. He and his staff provide hands-on care, including manipulations and exercises designed to get you in top form in the quickest time possible.

Paula joined Amelia Physical Therapy in 2005 as an office assistant and in 2007 became the Office Manager. Originally from Williamsport, PA, she lives in Blackstone with her husband, John, and enjoys spending her free time fishing, cooking and spoiling her grandchildren. Tricia helped her husband, Benson Howard, MSPT, start Amelia Physical Therapy in 2001. A former second grade teacher, Tricia did the billing while Benson treated the patients until they were able to hire an office manager. While mostly “employed” as a stay at home mom, Tricia can be found helping in the front office greeting patients, scheduling visits and answering the phone.
