Anna graduated from John Tyler Community College with a physical therapist assistant degree. She assists all patients with their therapy. Amelia Physical Therapy has all types of state-of- the-art equipment to fit the therapy needs of every individual.

Amanda O'Neal, PTA

Amanda is a PTA graduate of Wytheville Community College and an Amelia native.  Currently Amanda can be found at the Blackstone office helping patients return to their prior level of function.  Amanda enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her husband and pets. Type your paragraph here.

Michelle Gholson-Parsons, PT Technician
Michelle a PT tech at Amelia Physical Therapy (APT) and is a native of Amelia County. She has been with APT since 2004 and enjoys her job assisting patients. In her free time she enjoys being with her son and playing local recreational softball.

Benson Walker Howard, PT, MS

Benson was born and raised in Chesterfield, Virginia. He has a Master’s of Science, specializing in Physical Therapy, from Virginia Commonwealth University, and was licensed in 1994. A background of working in a variety of settings, treating patients from nine to ninety-nine, prepared him for opening Amelia Physical Therapy in April, 2001. Benson specializes in spinal manipulation.
Benson has made a commitment to providing the people of Amelia County with the best physical therapy services available anywhere. 
Benson is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

​Jessica Swisher, PTA

​Jessica graduated from ECPI, Emerywood Campus, in 2015 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science and began working at Amelia Physical Therapy after graduation.  She enjoys the array of patients that come to therapy as well as the close knit community  found in Amelia. Working in an outpatient environment offers the perfect setting for improving her skills, learning from both coworkers and continuing education classes.  During her free time, Jessica enjoys time with her family and participating in equestrian activities. 

Rocquelle Reese-Thomas, PT Technician

Rocquelle works as a Physical Therapy Tech at the Amelia Physical Therapy outpatient clinic in Blackstone.  She is from Lunenburg County, has a background in Adult Corrections and is currently a full time student at South University majoring in psychology and will graduate June 2017.  Rocquelle enjoys her days working at Amelia Physical Therapy interacting with patients and modifying exercises.  She is married with two children, enjoys dancing, yard work and seafoodr paragraph here.
